As a Marketing Director, I have successfully directed and managed all marketing and advertising efforts for Leading Edge Safety and AES Manufacturing over the course of the past decade. I played a pivotal role in creating a new brand identity while maintaining the recognition of established SKUs. My work encompassed developing marketing plans in collaboration with senior management, conceptualizing new products, and identifying the best channels for market entry. I produced high-end commercial photography, shot and edited video content, and managed radio advertising projects. My role also involved overseeing the media presence of Leading Edge Safety in the roofing industry, managing relationships with advertisers, and researching new business opportunities. In 2023, I led a team that launched a new e-commerce website, marking a significant digital transformation for the company. My experience extends to trade marketing, where I coordinated and executed national trade shows, ensuring all marketing materials were meticulously prepared. I also maintained multimedia advertising relationships and worked closely with construction company distribution networks to capture in-the-field product usage, often traveling to job sites for photography and drone videography.
